Walking down the street, you encounter a folded piece of paper on the sidewalk. You pick it up and read it and immediately, your life has changed. Describe this experience. Photographers, artists, poets: show us TRANSFORMATION.
The folded piece of paper is truth. Truth can appear in all different ways. It isn’t the truth that changes you, it is what you do with that truth that begins your transformation. I found a note in my mind, telling me that truth is not measured in conversation or in good deeds but measured in the strength you have in your mind to enforce it.
Words are merely characters to which you give sound, you give meaning and you give life. Truth is how you interpret the characters you face. We are constantly meeting new characters and using our perception to discover new truths but what does it all mean and how does it change everything?
Just like the characters you find in a word, you will also find a character in another human being. The character gives their truth meaning and how you interpret their meaning gives you the truth they want you to see and the truth you learn for yourself.
Your encounter with this small piece of paper was no accident, you see. You walk by small notes everyday, the only difference is, today you didn’t deny receiving the truth.
“All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.”
